SHIPPING TO

Shipping is ONLY available for U.S. States and Territories.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do NOT include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Orders usually deliver within 7-10 business days with ground shipping.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees and duties will be available in checkout. All product ship via UPS GROUND, UPS 2ND DAY AIR and UPS NEXT DAY.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Surin Aromas is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with UPS. All customers are encouraged to contact UPS about a missing or undelivered package. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced, I will do my best to assist you.
