Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please beware that all shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer.
To start a return, you can contact me at support@surinaromas.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong order. Contact me at support@surinaromas.com with the following details:
- your name
- your order number
- pictures of damages/wrong item received
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcomed as long as the original item is in its' original container and there are no damages. Please be aware that all fees associated with shipping will have to be covered by the customer. Contact me at support@surinaromas.com for any further questions or if you need assistance.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we receive your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process the funds.
Exceptions
No returns/refunds/exchanges will be accepted for items sold on sale.
